Can’t wait till Tuesday March 29 in Montreal. At La Tulipe.

  2. nevena

The anticipation & thrill of waiting for it. The sneak preview snippets after shows last year, to now hearing it in its full layered glory. Especially love 1916 for reflecting joy, and the way that Santeria has evolved from the first raw jam at Brass Monkey, its miles apart from its roots but respects them. Must mention The Cobra’s tug on the base Chakras! Now starting to hear EVERYthing… you’re right on Jeff… it is a Beautiful mindfuck

  3. Halucinogen

Mr. Martin, you make poetry mean something. You put life into music and life into what would otherwise be the mere duty of existence. “She’s Leaving” breathes longing spirit into ones soul. “Blue Mountain Sun”, quenched my ears thirst for sound…like water from your musical well, it always satisfies. The Ground Cries Out is a musical pilgrimage. A wonder that all metaphors fail. Vibrations of fantastic mysterious encounters that I find humming in my mind when droning out the mundane chatters of life. I applaud your courage and determination in returning to your roots. May your new album bring splendor to others as it has to mine.

  4. Aureole Pyre

I like the new album. Funny thing is my favorite songs are the ones when he doesnt sing. Its weird being that I love his voice so much. I would like to have this single because I downloaded the album off of itunes being that there is not a music store near me. I would love to have some artwork to go with the music. If I dont win best of luck to the person who does. See you tomorrow night (march 23) Mr Martin. look forward to seeing you in concert. I’m bringing my two best friends so it should be amazing.

  5. MantraMan

7/10 for me. I really enjoyed every song. Some more than others. I have to be honest though as it was a little disappointing. I wanted a lot more balls in there, much more aggression. I would love more Temptation-style, ass kicking, blood-boiling, ball-breaking music thrown in there. I would have liked more progression too, like Mantra, Requiem or Psychopomp.

  6. Laurent

I’ve been a fan since day 1. And when I heard the new CD, it struck me. What an amzing album from start to finish. Great melodies, great vibes..
    LOVE from Montreal!

Wonderful Jeff! Sadly there are always going to be those who want more Tea Party type songs. I say move on from the past & embrace the future. You Rock! It is a bit hard to write better than member Haluginogen has. They say it all.

  8. jocuz

Again another brillant Album from Jeff! Well worth the wait i say. The use of the exotic Instruments always gives his Music that Uniqueness and the lyrics really enhance that as well

  9. Crowley

So great to see you back in Canada again! I too have been a huge fan of your’s since day one. I remember seeing you on Conan O’Brien back in the day! We even talked about it the first time I met you. Your new album is amazing. I love, love the blues that you have brought into this album! Amazing guitar work! You even played Black Snake Blues for me, even though it isn’t on the newest album. The direction you’re taking is great so keep it up!

  10. InterzoneMantras

the album brings back fond memories of growing up in Toronto in the 90s with the Tea Party, Jeff and the band have out done themselves with this album and i can’t wait to hear what they do next!
